The Monster Diversity Leadership Programs (DLP) is a summer leadership weekend where 3,000 selected student-leaders connect with top-industry companies to develop critical life and career skills while embracing corporate diversity.
Participants leave with access to an invaluable network of professional contacts and mentors; lasting friendships and a profound new discovery about their place in the ‘real world.’
