Thank you for your interest in the Monster Diversity Leadership Programs (DLP)! You are eligible for the program if you meet the following requirements:

The Monster DLP is a highly-selective program that only accepts the Best of the Best, therefore, please make sure to check your application thoroughly prior to submitting.

If you do not meet the qualifications above, we hope you may consider signing up for several of our DLP scholarship offers!

• You must be an incoming second-year (Sophomore status), third-year (Junior status) or fourth-year (Senior status) college student. This is defined by the year of college you will be entering for the fall term of 2008.
• You must be between 18-24 years old.
• Although all students will be considered, we recommend that applicants maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale (or possess a GPA of 3.5 or higher in their chosen major).
• You must be a U.S. citizen, a permanent resident of the U.S, or have an F-1 student visa. We cannot accept non-U.S. residents, or individuals with H-1 or J-1 Visas.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university during the Fall term of 2008. We will also accept any student who is pursuing an associate degree if he/she has already been accepted as a transfer student to an accredited-four year college or university for Fall 2008.
