A. The Diversity Leadership Programs (DLP), orchestrated by Monster®, is the largest summer leadership conference series of its kind. It is a unique chance for incoming college sophomores, juniors and seniors of diverse backgrounds to spend a weekend learning practical career skills and interacting with individuals from industry-leading companies in a fun and dynamic environment. These high-energy events are jam-packed with presentations and activities provided by some of the nation’s most inspiring speakers and organizations. Participants will spend a summer weekend, in one of 9 host locations (Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Baltimore/D.C., Boston, LA, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco), with 300 like-minded student-leaders exploring such areas as resume-building, career development, workplace diversity and networking. Attending students will leave with access to an invaluable network of professional contacts and mentors, new friends and fresh ideas about their place in the ‘real world.’ Ninety-eight percent of students would recommend this program to a friend.
