The Monster DLP is a highly selective leadership program designed to help college student of diverse background develop fundamental career skills, gain access to top companies, and discover or embrace their passion.

The experience is unique, dynamic, and free to accepted students!

Participants will spend a summer weekend, in one of the 9 host cities (Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Baltimore, Los Angeles, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, and San Francisco), with 300 like-minded student leaders exploring areas such as resume-building, career development, workplace diversity, and networking.
