The Monster Diversity Leadership Program (the Monster DLP) is a series of weekend events created to truly empower and advance top tier college students of all backgrounds as they transition from school to the workplace. Accepted student participants in a weekend program specially designed to build life and career skills while forging life long relationships with their high-achieving peers and gaining access to top employers.

During this unique educational experience where ?edutainment? is key, students gain the confidence needed to embrace their passions, become a part of the community that continues beyond the weekend, and begin forming a career network in an environment that is far from intimidating or boring.

The Monster DLP launched in the summer of 2002 in 3 locations with 3 sponsors and 900 students. Going into the 7th year of programs in 2008, the Monster DLP is a national phenomenon investing in more than 3,000 student leaders each summer at events in 9 locations:

  • Baltimore/Washington D.C.

  • Chicago

  • Dallas

  • Los Angeles

  • New York

  • Orlando

  • Philadelphia

  • San Francisco

Thanks to partnerships with over 40 leading employers, the DLP is free to accepted students.
