DLP Core Staff: Chenney Chen

Chenney Chen
Marketing & Admissions Manager

This is Chenney Chen’s inaugural year as Marketing Manager for the Monster DLP. Before joining the DLP family, she has walked on tightrope between her creative and analytical side for as long as she can remember. As a graduate of Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) with a degree in Mass Communications, she began working for a local marketing company in Cincinnati as an Associate Media Strategist that fulfilled her original passion for number-crunching and research.

Two years later, Chenney found herself at Monster where she is now committed to discovering creative innovations to ensure students nationwide are given an opportunity for empowerment through the Diversity Leadership Programs. She is also responsible for creating national buzz for all 9 locations, overseeing the admissions process, and all other communication developments. She is extremely excited to find a role at the DLP where both her thrill for creativity and research-driven experiences can comfortably co-exist!

Life outside of her demanding job involves reading up different media trends, oil painting, active involvement in local Ad club chapter, playing flag football, and being in good company.

Chenney’s DLP’ism: Measurability only reaps bigger results!

DLP Core Staff: Medha Pratap

Medha Pratap
Marketing & Admissions Specialist

Medha has been a member of the DLP family for just under a year. She currently fulfills the role of the Marketing & Admissions Specialist. Her job is three fold in that she is responsible for thinking “outside of the box” when it comes to marketing the DLP to different avenues, managing the admissions process, undertaking pre-event and post-event student communication for all 9 locations.

Medha graduated from the Ohio State University in June 2006, specializing in Marketing and Communications. Her comprehensive internship experiences furthered her interest in marketing strategy, ultimately leading her down the DLP path: an environment replete with the creative energy bringing out her best.

Medha has previously worked with NBC and Ernst & Young. Her involvement as a Resident Hall Advisor and French Orientation Exchange Leader advanced her desire to aid in the coordination of future student programs. When Medha is not working, you can find her curled up with a good book, exercising at the gym, or enjoying a good chick flick. Medha also enjoys traveling!

Medha's DLP'ism: "There are two ways to live: you can live as if nothing is a miracle; you can live as if everything is a miracle." ~ Albert Einstein
